Three original recipes for using your raclette machine differently

A convivial and warm dish par excellence, the raclette can be shared with family or friends during the cold winter evenings. This recipe from Switzerland is a tasty mixture of processed cheese, cold meats and potatoes: it has the advantage of being simple and quick to prepare! Very popular with French people, raclette is, however, a winter dish consumed rarely during the rest of the year, due to the wealth of ingredients. To enjoy its raclette machine every season, we offer three delicious recipes to be enjoyed without moderation!

Summer raclette

Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes ingredients (for 4 people): - 250 g salad - 1 melon - 200 g cooked shrimp - 10 potatoes - 8 slices of coppa - vinaigrette - 500 g raclette cheese Preparation: - Cook the potatoes, dice the melon. - Present everything on a plate, putting the potato surrounded by salad in the center. - Place the melon, coppa and shrimp at each corner of the plate, without mixing the ingredients. - Add the vinaigrette only on the salad. - Once the plates are ready, melt the cheese and enjoy it with your fresh salad!

Gourmet snack

Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes ingredients (for 4 people): - 25g of flour - 15g of sugar - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon of baker's yeast - 35g of melted butter - 1 small pinch of salt - 150 ml of whole milk - 4 bananas - 50ml of honey - Chamallows Preparation of pancakes: - Put the yeast and milk in a bowl, mix well and let the yeast rehydrate. - Add the egg, beat well then add the melted butter. While continuing to gradually incorporate the flour, avoiding large lumps, add the sugar and the pinch of salt. - Leave to stand for at least two hours so that the yeast is fully active. - Heat the raclette machine and put a tablespoon of the pancake mixture in each imprint (grill side, above the appliance for models equipped with the crepe maker option) - Cook the first side until what the dough swells, then turn the pancake over to brown the other side. - In each pan, arrange a few banana rings with a small teaspoon of honey. Remove the mixture when the banana is slightly caramelized and arrange everything on your pancake. - Finally, put the chamallows in the pans at the last minute (because they heat up very quickly) until they are soft, taking care that they do not touch the resistance. - Add the hot chamallows on the pancake / banana preparation; the snack is ready!

Bruschetta revisited

Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes ingredients (for 2 people): - 2 slices of country bread - 75 g diced bacon - 2 slices of goat cheese - 1 tomato - 1 clove of garlic - 1 pinch of oregano - olive oil Preparation : - Peel the tomato: incise the skin, immerse it in boiling water for a few seconds then in ice water so that the skin is easily removed. - Cut it into small dice. - In a saucepan, put the tomato, oregano and half a tablespoon of olive oil. - Bring to a boil. - Brown the country bread slices in the oven or toaster, then rub them with a clove of garlic and soak them in the tomato / oregano / olive oil mixture. - Meanwhile, place the goat cheese and bacon in the raclette machine (separately) until the cheese is melted and the bacon brown. - Add the goat cheese and bacon bits on your slices of country bread which are still lukewarm. Good tasting !
